Interval Training


This workout takes you through several different exercises with minimal rest in between.  Using dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight to perform cardio and resistance exercises.  From squats to burpees, press ups to snatches, this class will get you fit and strong!

TrimFitness Interval training circuit has an uplifting atmosphere that will make you sweat but smile whilst you do it!

Wake up & Workout Bootcamp

8:00-8:45am – meet outside Lindford Village Hall

Saturday morning Outdoor Bootcamp will get you started for the weekend!  Using just your own bodyweight we carry out cardio and resistance exercises that will get you moving and sweating!  The great outdoors is our gym and we use it to get you feeling stronger and fitter.

This class is fun and invigorating, it runs come rain or shine!  So why not join us to start your weekend with the BANG and wake up and workout at Outdoor Bootcamp!

Classes are suitable for all abilities.  TrimFitness is about fitness for everyone!
